The site

The site is currently occupied by Zurich House, which is an office building with some surface car parking. The building is currently underutilised, with city centre businesses preferring purpose-built office space nearby.

As part of the redevelopment proposals, the existing buildings would be sensitively demolished, and the site redeveloped.
