About

Bankfoot APAM are working on behalf of site owners, NPV, to explore draft proposals for the redevelopment of Zurich House on Water Lane, Leeds.

We are pleased to bring forward draft proposals for 170 high-quality, energy-efficient apartments for rent, with a mix of studios, one, two and three-bedroom properties, including an affordable provision. The scheme will help meet identified housing need in Leeds, including family apartments. The development will offer a range of excellent communal amenities including shared spaces and a generous roof garden.

A host of sustainable design features, such as on-site renewables, are also being considered. In line with sustainability ambitions, the development will be car-free apart from accessible parking and drop-off area. Cycle storage will be included to further support sustainability targets.

The proposals are an exciting step in the continued regeneration of Leeds’ south bank.

To have your say, please complete our survey. All feedback will be considered as part of the development proposals.
